It's simple — your practice refers bereaved clients to us, and we handle everything from collection onwards. There's no cost to your practice, no paperwork, and no administrative burden on your team. We provide referral cards and a direct contact number your team can pass to clients.
We keep it simple and informal — no long-term contracts or exclusivity required. We want the relationship to work because it genuinely benefits your clients, not because you're locked in. You can refer as often or as rarely as you choose.
We operate nationwide across England and Wales. Collection is available 24/7 from any location — distance surcharges apply for collections beyond 45 miles from our base in South Croydon.
